are out side of the conference groups that more interested in the
minority but large construction projects.
BIM might be more of a proprietary term than a standard.
Large projects with unique elements that give cause for a great wow
factor but are dimensionally challenged and might need Mr. BIM or at
least a highly accurate 3-D design.
The majority of construction projects are based on standards and a
history of development with craftsmen and professionals that have sorted
out making the details to fit and coordinate with estimators and bidding
contractors.
Its a mistake to use size of projects to measure success of products and
systems used.
