Slurry mix

Hi Folks, Is there a schedule of sand/cement/water mix ratios that would give a range of strengths of slurry when it sets up?  I need a mix that will be as good or better than 1500 psf bearing soil but can still be excavated if necessary. Thanks in advance for any info on  mix ratios that you have used with those limitations.  Ray Shreenan SE
